Ingredients: Beef fillet, canola oil, salt, coarse black pepper and spices.

Serving & Cooking Suggestion: Allow the fillet to come to room temperature before cooking. Sear in a hot pan until browned on all sides, then finish in a preheated oven at 180°C until cooked to your preferred doneness. Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing to help retain its juices. Serve with crispy roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a creamy pepper sauce for a delicious, restaurant-style meal.
