Ingredients: Boneless beef, brine mix (water, salt, emulsifier, sodium nitrate/nitrite), sodium ascorbate, spices and herbs.

Serving & Cooking Suggestion: For tender, flavourful results, gently simmer the corned beef in water with onion, bay leaves and peppercorns until cooked through and tender. Allow it to rest before slicing against the grain. Serve warm with buttery mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage and carrots, or enjoy cold slices in sandwiches with mustard and freshly baked bread.

A Note on Our Matured Meat: Our matured meat is vacuum-packed to preserve quality. When first opened, a natural “aged” aroma may be present.

Allow the meat to breathe for 5–10 minutes — the aroma will disappear, and the meat is perfectly fresh and safe to enjoy.
