DIY Festive Crackers

Add a personal touch to your festive celebrations with our DIY Festive Cracker Kit. Made with seeded paper and thoughtfully designed for a more conscious Christmas, this creative kit brings family and friends together to make something special. With everything you need to assemble six crackers, all that’s left is to gather your loved ones, unleash your creativity and make festive memories together.

Each kit contains:

• 6 × festive cracker cut-outs

• 6 × mini cards made from 100% recycled seeded paper

• 6 × cracker snaps

• 12 × pieces of eco twine (2 per cracker)

• 60 × Christmas tree-shaped confetti pieces made from 100% recycled seeded paper (10 per cracker)

• A little creativity and festive enthusiasm!

How to Assemble Your Crackers:

1. Gather everyone together. Make sure each person has one unfolded cracker, one cracker snap, 10 pieces of confetti, two pieces of eco twine, one mini card, a pen or pencil and something special to place inside.

2. Write a message. Get creative and write your funniest joke, a festive greeting or a heartfelt message on your mini card.

3. Position your cracker. Place the unfolded cracker vertically in front of you, with the inside facing upwards.

4. Line up the snap. Position the cracker snap vertically down the centre of the cracker, ensuring the snap section sits in the middle.

5. Secure the snap. Peel off the backing from the double-sided tape at the ends of the cracker snap and stick it to the inside of the cracker.

6. Shape your cracker. Fold the sides into a rounded shape and slot the small flaps into their corresponding slots — one at the top, one in the middle and one at the bottom.

7. Tie one end. Use one piece of eco twine to tie closed an indentation between the middle chamber and one of the outer chambers.

8. Add your surprises. Through the open end of the remaining outer chamber, place your mini card, 10 pieces of confetti and your chosen gift into the middle chamber.

9. Close your cracker. Use the second piece of eco twine to tie the remaining open indentation closed.

10. Enjoy! Your handmade festive cracker is ready to share at the Christmas table.
